MEMBERSHIP

Who are we?  Quantum Feet Road Runners Club (QFFRC) is an independent organization of recreational and competitive athletes of all ages and abilities.  We strive to provide support for the athletic goals of each member, regardless of age, sex, or fitness levels.  We welcome the indoor treadmill runner, amateur road racer and world-class distance runner alike.  QFRRC is a member of the Road Runners Club of America and Long Island Track and Field Association.

What do we do?  QFRRC seeks to promote general fitness and, for those interested, healthy competition through distance running at the public level in the New York City and Long Island area, notably through group runs and sponsorship of at least one road race per year.

Some specific activities include:

• Monthly meetings on the first Monday of each month
• The Ocean to Sound Relay
• Blue Line Run - 2 weeks prior to ING NYC marathon
• A range of social functions

Annual dues are $15 for individuals and $25 for family membership. Memberships cover the calendar year beginning January 1.
